I work continuously over the preparation of PCR plates for the preparation of viral genome to perform sequencing. The plates preparation first step is to spin slowly and constantly for mixing of the samples properly to have high quality sequences for genomic studies. For the purpose of plate preparation, the VWR centrifuge is helpful and I use it almost 3-4 times every day.
We use this microscope daily, mainly to observe our cell cultures and agars. It offers high resolution images with great colour which makes it easy for us to see our cells and identify them. It is also small and doesn't take up much space in the lab and it helps us to save space. This microscope is also simple to use which is perfect for beginners.
