Out flow tubulation is molded in one piece with the carboy for strength and reliability, and is positioned close to the carboy bottom to reduce dead-space and facilitate more complete drainage. Excellent for distilled water and culture media. Nalgene polypropylene carboys can be autoclaved before refilling to eliminate bacterial growth when storing sterile solutions.
