CTS™ Xenon™ MultiShot Electroporation Cartridge

The Gibco CTS Xenon MultiShot Electroporation Cartridge is for use with the Xenon Electroporation System for cell therapy research and development. The single-use cartridge has an electroporation chamber made of Tritan™ MX711 copolyester with gold-plated electrodes and is sterilized by gamma irradiation. It can process 1 x 10 8 to 2.5 x 10 9 T cells in a closed system with the flexibility of sterile welding to either PVC or CFlex™ tubing. Promising electroporation conditions that have been optimized in the Neon Transfection System can be scaled to the Xenon Electroporation System without sacrificing performance.
