It specifically facilitates neuronal differentiation and expansion. PDL is animal origin-free and contains polymers with a molecular weight of 50,000–150,000 Daltons. PDL is available in a coated multidish ready to use format to reduce preparation time. The plates can be stored at room temperature for a maximum shelf life of 24 months. PDL-coated plates are available as a case of 20 plates with 5 plates per vacuum sealed foil pack with a desiccant. Coating is done in a highly controlled, aseptic manufacturing environment that ensures lot-to-lot consistency and reproducibility. Each lot is tested to help ensure we meet these standards. Precoated plates save time & labor costs while increasing productivity and allowing you to focus on performing experiments. To meet all your application needs, PDL coating comes in a wide variety of formats – 6 well plate , 24 well plate , 96-well clear plate , 96-well black-walled imaging plate , 96-well white-walled imaging plate , 384-well black-walled imaging plate , T25 , T75 and T175 flasks . PDL is used to promote adhesion of a variety of cell types like primary neurons, glial cells, PSC-derived neurons and transfected cells. Collagen I Collagen is the most abundant protein in mammals and a key structural component of several tissues. Collagen type I is the most commonly used extracellular matrix (ECM) protein for cell culture, facilitating cell attachment, growth, differentiation, migration, and tissue morphogenesis. Collagen I, Rat Tail, is available in a coated multidish ready to use format with no preparation time. The plates are coated with Gibco™ Collagen I and can be stored at room temperature for a maximum shelf life of 12 months.
