Assembled Target™ 10-425 Caps and Septa

Thermo Scientific™ 8mm Autosampler Vial Screw Thread Caps feature an 8-425 thread finish and are available in an assortment of styles to match your HPLC, GC or IC application needs. Convenient pre-assembled caps and septa minimize contamination from handling. Choose from Thermo Scientific™, Thermo Scientific™ National™, and Thermo Scientific™ Chromacol™ brands.

Use Thermo Scientific™ SureSTART™ 20 mm Crimp Caps with crimp vials that have a 20 mm opening, including our SureSTART 10 mL and 20 mL Glass Crimp Top Headspace Vials (Level 2). Select Level 2 products for high-throughput applications, when robustness and reproducibility are key. Choose from aluminum and magnetic steel caps with silicone/PTFE or butyl/PTFE septa of various hardness values designed to reduce autosampler needle issues. Caps with Pressure Release technology will split to allow the safe release of high internal vial pressures. Use Thermo Scientific™ Manual or Electronic Crimpers and Decappers for easy application and removal of crimp caps.

Prevent septa push through and over- and under-tightening. With Advanced Vial Closure System (AVCS) technology built into 9 mm Thermo Scientific™ 9 mm Autosampler Vial Screw Caps and Septa you will get an optimal, consistent seal every time. With just one turn, they offer easy-on, easy-off convenience, and are a cost effective alternative to caps with bonded septa.
