IgE GBE-2114

The Anti-IgE Antibody ELISA Kit is produced for the quantitative determination of human anti-human IgE antibody levels in human serum or plasma samples. The test may be useful for detecting patients who have developed antibodies (mainly IgG) to their own IgE. This Eagle Biosciences Anti-IgE ELISA kit is for research purposes only. It is not for use in diagnostic procedures.

IgE Test (Cassette) GBR-3112

"Export use Only" Total-IgE Rapid Test is a one-step qualitative immunoassay for the detection of elevated levels of immunoglobulin E (total IgE) in human serum or plasma. This human IgE rapid test is an aid for diagnosis of allergic reactions and autoimmune disorders. Materials provided with the Total-IgE Rapid Test Kits: 1. Testing Device 2. Sample Dropper 3. Test Instructions Materials required, not provided: 1. Specimen collection container 2. Clock or timer 3. Centrifuge IgE Rapid Test Background Information An elevated concentration of IgE in serum is a common symptom associated with allergic pathologies; it may also becaused by autoimmune diseases and some infections. Rapid detection of elevated levels of IgE using the Diagnostic Automation Total- IgE Test will help in the diagnosis and treatment of IgE-mediated allergic and autoimmune disorders. IgE Rapid Test Principle The test utilizes the sandwich immunodetection principle. Dye conjugated polyclonal antibody against human IgE and immobilized mouse monoclonal anti-human IgE antibody bind to IgE in the sample specimen to produce a distinctive visual pattern registering IgE concentrations of 80 IU/ml and higher. In the test procedure, patient serum or plasma is added to the sample well "S" of the test device with the aid of a sample dropper. Labeled antibodydye conjugate binds to the human IgE molecules present in the specimen forming an antigen- antibody-dye complex. When the total IgE concentration is at or above the sensitivity level of the test, a visual test band forms in the test zone "T". For additional details please refer to the instructions for use. IGS100 IMPLANTABLE GLUCOSE SENSOR

Measuring glucose in vivo over the long term is challenging and difficult. Previous measurement systems were limited to acute studies or a few days at best. WPI introduces a new kind of implantable glucose sensor based on a patented technology. This sensor provides a tool for researchers to directly detect glucose in chronic studies in vitro or in vivo. The sensor is fully compatible with WPI’s TBR systems.

Incapacitance Meter for Mouse and Rat

Test pain and inflammation in small animal hind limbs

The Incapacitance Meter uses a technique called dual channel weight averaging, which tests both hind limbs. This gives you a clean, stress-free correlation of the paw pressure test. Conduct control and testing of the animal at the same time. Place the animal in the holder with its hind limbs resting on the two weight-averaging platform pads. The controller records the average weight (grams) over the test period as the animal shifts its weight from each pad.

Incremental Hot Cold Plate for Mouse & Rat

Latency and threshold-based nocicetption

This safe, humane device for rats and mice is used for latency and threshold-based nocicetption, ramping temperatures for 0-70ËšC. Because this hot cold plate is incremental, it measures latencies of much more than just the strong narcotic agents, broadening dramatically the range of analgesia research with devices of this type. Microprocessor-controlled, the Incremental Hot Cold Plate can heat or cool in increments of 0.1ËšC, at a rate of 1-10ËšC per minute. With uniform heating and cooling and upper/lower cut-off limits, this device is predictable and safe. It can also function as a constant temperature plate with great stability (0.1ËšC). As soon as a reaction is observed from the chosen paw, the unit reverses to the standby temperature.
